Leave and Rest

6 weeks of paid leave per year, with a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks. Birthday offered as an additional day off. Annual “Workation” week: a week where the team meets in a pleasant place to combine work, team building activities and definition (analysis) of annual objectives.

Temporal and Spatial Flexibility

Total remote work: no fixed office, work from anywhere. Flexible working hours: 35 hours per week with complete autonomy in scheduling.

Team Building and Socialization Activities

Monthly virtual events for the team (e.g. online games, virtual drinks). “Meet & Greet” program to meet colleagues in different cities.

Professional Development and Continuous Learning

Annual budget for professional development: courses, conferences, workshops. Dedicated hours for learning and training during work hours.

Subscription to digital well-being services (e.g. meditation applications, online fitness). Annual budget for home ergonomics, to improve the home working environment. Access to psychological consultations and mental health support.

Balance between Professional and Personal Life

“Quiet Periods”: no emails or meetings after 5:00 p.m. and during weekends. “No disturbance” policy during employee vacations.
